Girls' Chanukah Party with Inclusion Students
The Ozri and Haddad classes joined forces for a Chanukah party with the girls from the inclusion group.
After a quiz contest, the artistic presentations began.
The girls from the Haddad class skillfully presented a play based on the historical tale of Chana and her seven sons. The Ozri class performed a dance choreographed to tell the story of the decrees of Antiochus, and the girls from the inclusion class performed a lovely song-dance.
Then, the students all joined in a lively series of folk dances, after which refreshments were a must! Out came the sufganiyot (Israeli jelly doughnuts), the traditional local Chanukah treat.
At the conclusion of the party, girls from the inclusion group surprised their fellow students by distributing charming party favors.
All in all, the students cooperated with each other beautifully!
